Executive Director of Social Care & Regulatory Leadership

SCiA is seeking a Director of Social Care to join the Executive Leadership Team in Hampshire. This senior role holds accountability for the quality, safety, performance and sustainability of all regulated care services, acting as CQC Nominated Individual to shape strategy and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead multi‑site operations, collaborate with commissioners, NHS and partners, and contribute to service development while fostering a values‑led, high‑performing culture.
