Older Adults CMHT Clinician (RMN/SW/OT)

Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking a Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker for our Older Adults CMHT based in the South of Bucks. The role is full-time, based from High Wycombe with occasional rota shifts.

Core hours are Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00; out-of-hours rota and weekend shifts are included. The team collaborates with GPs, district nursing, and social care to deliver coordinated care for older adults with mental health needs.
