Assistant Manager — Coastal Pub, Lead Team & Service

The Chain Locker, a historic inn on Falmouth’s quayside, is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to lead a passionate team while supporting the General Manager. You will create a warm welcome for guests, monitor service quality, and drive improvements across Front and Back of House during peak times.

You will rely on your experience in a similar role, oversee cash and admin, and ensure health and safety standards are rigorously followed. This is a great step towards General Manager aspirations.
