Audio Advertising Director – Hybrid London

Bauer Media Group in London is seeking an Account Director to lead relationships with key media agency partners and drive revenue for our market-leading digital audio product audioXi. The role is hybrid, balancing home-based work with 2–3 days in our London office near Euston.

You will manage end-to-end sales, upsell across Bauer’s digital audio portfolio, collaborate with podcast teams, and input into weekly team forecasting. We seek someone with proven sales success and data-driven insights.
