Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can provide meaningful, person-centred care every day?

Working within a smaller home means you’ll have the time to build strong relationships with residents, understand their individual needs and provide care with dignity, compassion and respect.
36–48 hours per week
About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live safely, comfortably and with dignity.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care and support with daily living activities.
Supporting mobility, independence and wellbeing.
Encouraging good nutrition and hydration.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Supporting residents living with dementia.
Assisting with nursing and palliative care needs.
Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any concerns.
Completing accurate care records and documentation.
Working closely with Registered Nurses and the wider care team.
Helping to maintain a safe, calm and welcoming environment.
About You
We’re looking for people who:
Have previous experience providing care and support to older people.
Are compassionate, patient and respectful.
Are reliable and committed to delivering excellent standards of care.
Have excellent communication skills.
Work well as part of a supportive team.
Take pride in making a positive difference to residents’ lives.
Previous experience within a care home, nursing home or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.
