Hybrid Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Aero Interiors Lead

Safran Seats in Cwmbran (South Wales) is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the development of seat components from concept through manufacturing. You will own the technical quality of designs and mentor a small team of engineers while ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory and airframer requirements.

Working across multiple modules, you will drive design reviews, manage product maturity in PLM and ensure seamless integration within the wider project.
