Locum Property Legal Officer — Right to Buy Specialist

Venn Group’s specialist Public Sector Legal team are recruiting an experienced Locum Property Legal Officer to join a Local Authority in London on an interim, full-time basis. The role focuses on Right to Buy and property transaction work, managing a high-volume caseload, drafting agreements and deeds, handling title investigations, SDLT submissions, and HM Land Registry applications.

The rate is £30-£35 per hour Umbrella, with initial contract and potential extension.
