Deputy Care Home Manager — Lead Elderly Care Team

Autumn House Care in Sandown, Isle of Wight is seeking a dynamic Deputy Manager to lead our elderly care home. You will supervise key workers, oversee care planning and assessments, ensure timely care plan reviews, and drive high-quality care in partnership with the Home Manager.

Applicants must have experience as Senior Carer or Team Leader in an elderly residential setting and hold Level 3 Health and Social Care or be studying toward it.
