Planon, part of Schneider Electric, seeks a senior UI/UX strategist to define and drive the design vision across our digital platforms. You will modernize the user experience, unify legacy and modern front-end technologies, and establish a scalable design framework for a consistent cross‑product experience.
You will lead and mentor a team of 7 UI/UX designers, collaborate with engineering on AI-enabled design tools, and stay ahead of emerging UX/UI methodologies.
