WA Consultants are recruiting a confident Leasehold Block Property Manager to join our South London team. You will manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments, acting as the primary contact for clients, leaseholders and contractors.

You will oversee service charge budgets, coordinate maintenance, conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with leasehold legislation. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.
