Hospitality Reception Team Member

Located in the heart of Birmingham city centre, ibis Birmingham New Street Station hotel welcomes guests from around the world. We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Reception Team Member to join our team. This is a full-time role with a salary of up to £12.71 per hour plus benefits.

You’ll likely be the first person our guests meet so you’ll need to create great first impressions, deliver excellent service and help ensure they enjoy a smooth and welcoming stay.
