Nightshift Retail Manager – Lead Overnight Replenishment

Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd in Kidderminster is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for the nightshift to lead overnight replenishment, prioritise deliveries, organise the store warehouse and ensure shelves are stocked for the morning.

You will manage a team, oversee safety and wellbeing, uphold high standards, and drive performance against KPIs while scheduling and paying colleagues accurately; night shifts run 22:00–08:00 with a £4,500 premium.
