Mental Health Care Assistant — 24/7 Triage & Support

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust in Leicester is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for the Mental Health Central Access Point (MHCAP). You will take calls, triage and identify callers’ needs, supporting distressed individuals in a busy 24-hour service.

The role involves coordinating with Mental Health Practitioners, emergency services when required, and referrals to CAMHS, MHSOP, and GP. A robust induction with shadowing and ongoing supervision is provided to help you develop and progress.
