Bromley Healthcare CIC is recruiting a CYP Asthma Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Integrated Neighbourhood Team in Bromley. This post focuses on delivering proactive asthma care for children and young people across neighbourhoods, working with schools, families and community partners to improve outcomes.

You will assess and manage asthma in multidisciplinary settings, lead asthma education, and contribute to population health initiatives.
