Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Workforce Insights & Compliance Analyst to turn workforce data into actionable insights that support payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will monitor contracted hours against actual hours, investigate discrepancies, and produce workforce reports to inform operational decisions.
You will collaborate with payroll, HR and site managers to ensure data quality, governance and timely resolution of pay-related queries across the organisation.
