Job Description:
West London NHS Trust is seeking dedicated nurses for the Ealing Cognitive Impairment and Dementia Services in Acton and Greenford. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan and deliver care for individuals with memory-related needs, including dementia, under the Care Programme Approach.
The post requires post-registration experience, preferably in dementia or community care, and registration with the NMC.
