Commercial Property Paralegal | In-House | London
Hybrid: Requirement of 4 days in the London office
My client are well-established commercial property company based in London.
They are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Paralegal supporting a lean, highly experienced legal team and offering a broad mix of property law and company secretarial work, making it an excellent role for someone looking to expand their skillset and gain exposure across multiple areas of an in-house legal function.
The role will involve:
- Drafting and reviewing licences, leases and other property documents
- Land Registry applications, searches and filings
- AML, sanctions and company checks
- Supporting document execution and legal administration
- Assisting with company secretarial matters, including Companies House filings, subsidiary records and AGM preparation
What they’re looking for:
- Around 2-5 years’ commercial property paralegal experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, adaptable approach
- Company secretarial experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
The business owns and manages a substantial commercial property portfolio and offers excellent exposure to both legal and wider business stakeholders.
