Senior Night Care Supervisor: Lead & Grow in Elder Care

At Barchester Healthcare, we are seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant to look after residents in our care home. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, ensuring quality, person-centred care and a warm, welcoming environment.

You’ll support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments and care plans, while always upholding residents’ dignity and individual needs.
