Site-Wide F&B Supervisor: Lead Operations & Service

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a hands-on F&B leader to drive day-to-day delivery across every on-site outlet in a busy Surrey visitor attraction. You will supervise café, restaurant, kiosks, and seasonal catering, ensuring smooth operations and consistent standards across all outlets.

As the on-site leader, you will move between outlets during busy periods, manage staffing decisions, control stock and waste, and support the F&B Manager with strategic input to improve performance.
