In-Home Care Support Worker – Night Shifts

Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a new in-home care team in York for a client living in Stockton on the Forest. The role involves 12-hour waking night shifts delivering person-centred, compassionate support in the client’s own home, including complex care needs and mobility assistance.

You will build a trusted relationship with the client, support daily living, meals, outings, and engage in activities.
