Mental Health OT | Drive Recovery & Community Care

The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a registered Occupational Therapist to join our AHP team to deliver high-quality OT services across hospital, home and community settings. You will help with recovery, discharge planning and supporting patient independence.

You will work with an MDT and help develop evidence-based group programmes, aligning with national guidelines and organisational values.
