Hybrid: Early Years Care Caseworker (0-5)

Durham County Council is seeking an experienced Early Years Children in Care caseworker to support the Virtual School and improve outcomes for children in care in the early years. You will collaborate with settings, social workers, foster carers and families to ensure ambitious PEPs and smooth transitions.

You will monitor attendance, progress and attainment, ensuring statutory timescales are met, and produce high-quality reports while upholding safeguarding commitments.
