Head of Equality & Human Rights Strategy

Head of Equality and Human Rights at NHS Lothian will lead the development and delivery of strategic plans, governance and performance frameworks to embed equality, diversity, inclusion and human rights across staff, patients and communities.

You will advise the Board and Corporate Management Team, build partnerships across clinical and non-clinical teams, and champion a Human Rights Based Approach while shaping policy and culture across the organisation and network.
