Head Chef – Hospice Kitchen Leader & Menu Innovator

Marie Curie Edinburgh Hospice is seeking a Head Chef to lead the catering team, delivering nutritious meals with dignity and comfort for patients, families and staff. You will develop varied menus, oversee recruitment and training, and ensure food safety and compliance across audits.

The role combines culinary leadership with management responsibilities in a compassionate, national charity environment. Permanent 37.5 hours per week, based in Edinburgh.
