Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care?

We are seeking an experienced Complex Care Worker who can complete day shifts with clients from 7:30-12:30 or 12 hour shifts including weekends. These shifts would take place in theEastry, Bexhill and Burgess hill area.

You will:

• Deliver person-centred care tailored to the client
• Assist with PEG feeding and medication administration
• Support with mobility and personal care
• Monitor and respond to health changes promptly
• Promote independence and dignity
