Community Elderly Care Social Worker – Hybrid Role

Opus People Solutions Ltd in Solihull is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Community Older People Team on a maternity cover contract. You will assess needs, develop support plans, and coordinate care to promote independence and wellbeing.

This hybrid role requires attendance at The Central Depot, Solihull office one day per week (Tuesdays) and flexibility to work from home on other days.
