Relief Shop Supervisor – Multi-Store Coverage

Grace’s Bakery Ltd. is seeking a Relief Shop Supervisor to support across Newport, Ryde, Shanklin, and Yarmouth. The role involves stepping in for staff, opening/closing shifts, and upholding our 5-star hygiene rating while delivering excellent customer service.

You will oversee daily operations, handle cash, manage stock, and train team members. Travel between Isle of Wight locations is required; 24–48 hours/week with shifts 7:30am–6pm across Mon–Sat.
