Regional Senior Planner – Midlands Lead for Live & Precon

Caddick Construction Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our Midlands Preconstruction and Operations team. You’ll lead planning strategy for live and preconstruction projects, coordinating across design, procurement and construction scopes.

You will drive integrated programmes with Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, MS Excel and 4D BIM, while providing critical path insights and quarterly reviews. Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential.
