IT Helpdesk Specialist — Derby (Fixed Term)

Atlantic Projects Company in Derby is seeking an IT Support Specialist (Helpdesk) for a full-time, fixed-term role based at our Derby office with UK-wide project travel. Core hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri, with on-site duties and strong emphasis on end-user support and onboarding processes.

You will manage Microsoft 365 services, device provisioning, and documentation while collaborating with the IT Manager and team on technology improvements.
