Support Worker & Driver for Young Adult with Special Needs

Prosperity Care & Wellbeing is seeking a compassionate Support Worker – Driver in Cheltenham. This 45-hour week role combines personal care, mobility support and daily living tasks for a young man who uses an AAC device.

You will drive his adapted vehicle, accompany him to college, appointments and social activities, and keep accurate records in care plans. A full UK driving licence is required and full training is provided.
