CRM Manager: Education Partnerships & Customer Experience

FSCE Ltd. is recruiting a CRM Manager to own our CRM processes, ensuring data quality and customer-focused service delivery for schools across the UK. You will collaborate with schools, partners and colleagues to drive improvements and support business development initiatives.

Based in Reading and with travel to work directly with customers, you will use CRM data to guide decisions, manage multiple priorities and deliver excellent customer service across a growing, purpose-driven organisation.
