SEN Teaching Assistant — 1:1 Literacy & Skills Support

Randstad Education is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support a student with severe social and communication difficulties, in Bishop’s Stortford.

You will provide behavioural guidance, assist with literacy and numeracy, and help maintain a calm, purposeful classroom environment. The role requires resilience, teamwork, and a can-do attitude to help the student develop essential skills for a more independent future.
