Patient Welcome Specialist (Front Desk)

Practice Plus Group is seeking a Patient Receptionist for a 6-month fixed-term contract at our Plymouth hospital. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays as part of a rota.

You will greet patients, book appointments, answer calls, and support the admin team to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates will have strong administration experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
