Job Responsibilities
- Oversee food production and service, ensuring an efficient workflow and high-quality meal preparation.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipe specifications, menu requirements, and quality standards whileminimisingwaste.
- Delegate tasks, supervise General Assistants, and train new employeesonfood preparation, customer service, and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, COSHH, allergen regulations, and company food safety policies, includingaccuraterecord keeping.
- Track inventory levels, complete stock checks, place orders, and manage stock rotation to reduce waste and control costs.
- Handle customer enquiries, dietary requirements, and complaints professionally while promoting a positive dining experience.
- Assist the Chef Manager in managing food costs, achieving gross profit targets, andmaintainingwaste levels within the 5% target.
- Maintain production records, temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and documentationrequiredfor audits and compliance purposes.
Key Requirements:
- Previousexperience in a similar role.
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
- Flexible approach to hours and duties
