A bit about thejob:
As a MajorLoss Field Adjuster, you will manage high-value domestic propertyclaims from instruction through to completion, ensuring the higheststandards of customer satisfaction and cost-effective resolution.This is a field-based role where you’ll be meeting our customersface-to-face. We are specifically looking for a professionalresiding in or around the Essex & East Anglia area to servicethis region. Enjoy the freedom and trust to manage your claims fromcradle to grave. Skills andexperience we’re looking for:
High-Value Claims Experience:Ideally, you have experience with claims around £100,000, but we’rehappy to consider those with experience over £50,000.
Professional Growth: Aminimum qualification of Cert CII or CILA is required, and ifyou’re aiming for Dip CII, that’s fantastic! But don’t worry, it’snot a must.
Technical Know-How: Your deepunderstanding of insurance principles, subrogation, underwritingpractices, and ABI report writing will be highly valued.
Building Practices Insight:Knowledge of building practices and regulations for propertyreinstatements and tendering processes is a big plus.
Customer Focus: You have aproven track record of managing claims from cradle to grave, alwayskeeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
