Customer Experience Lead – Front of House

Booker Group plc is seeking a Branch Assistant to support the Customer Service Supervisor and provide excellent service at the checkout and reception. You will help ensure accurate customer account information and deliver fast, efficient service to customers at the counter.

You will be part of a store team, contributing to a positive customer experience and handling various administrative duties with keen attention to detail.
