Retail Marketing Design Lead – 12-Month FTC (Hybrid)

Animal is seeking a Marketing Design Manager to join our Buying team in London on a 12-month Fixed Term contract. You will lead a team of three Designers, shape the creative direction, and deliver retail print campaigns across three brands and nine international markets.

The role focuses on customer-first creative, on-brand delivery, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive commercial outcomes and strong in-store communications.
