Behaviour Support Assistant: Help SEND Pupils Thrive

Academics Ltd. in Aldershot is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to help pupils across Foundation Stage to Key Stage 2 manage emotions, engage with learning, and build positive relationships.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support, work with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored strategies, and promote safe, inclusive learning across the school day (8:30 am – 3:30 pm, term-time only).
