• Now seeking a Brand Manager to help accelerate UK marketing activity across consumer and trade channels.

The Role – Brand Manager

• A hands-on UK role with real ownership, reporting into the European Senior Marketing Director.
• Deliver and execute UK brand marketing campaigns, from trade activations to social, sponsorships, and events.
• Support NPD launches and ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
• Manage day-to-day collaboration with category license partners and agencies.
• Work closely with supply chain, commercial, and packaging teams to deliver results.
• Control the UK marketing budget and actively contribute to the wider regional/global brand network.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years in brand, trade, or marketing roles within FMCG or food & drink.
• Strong UK retail understanding, ideally having worked with grocery multiples.
• Confident delivering 360° campaigns and managing multiple projects at pace.
• A proactive, commercially minded self-starter with a collaborative approach.

Benefits & Details

• £45–47k + benefits (pension, holiday, etc.)
• Hybrid working – Staines Upon Thames HQ (3 days office / 2 days remote)
