I’m working with a highly entrepreneurial and growing law firm on an opportunity for a 0–6 PQE Construction Lawyer to join an established and busy team, working closely with a high-profile Partner.
The role offers a genuinely varied practice across contentious and non-contentious construction, with the opportunity to take on responsibility and develop your expertise across a broad range of work.

The ideal candidate
- UK-qualified Construction Solicitor with 0–6 PQE
- Experience in non-contentious and/or contentious construction, with exposure to both particularly attractive
- Someone who feels they aren’t currently getting the quality, breadth or level of responsibility they are capable of
- Commercially minded and interested in working in a business-focused and entrepreneurial environment
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to take the next step in their career
- Someone who wants to work closely with an experienced Partner and play an important role within a growing practice
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
