Duty Manager & Health & Safety Lead – Heritage Site

Weald and Downland Living Museum in West Sussex seeks a Duty Manager and Health and Safety Co-ordinator to share the role across two part-time posts. You will lead the duty manager team, coordinate daily health and safety, and ensure a welcoming, safe visitor experience across a 40-acre site.

The role involves on-site, 7-day operation, weekend and evening cover, plus DBS check. Pro-rata salary is £31,200 FTE for 40 hours/week, with minimum 25 hours per week.
