n This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced corporate lawyers on a high-quality and varied caseload, acting for an impressive portfolio of clients across a broad range of sectors.
n The Role
n You will join an established and growing team, advising clients on a broad range of corporate finance and transactional matters.
n Your work is likely to include:
n Acquisition and disposal financen Corporate lending and secured lending transactionsn Acquisition financen MBOs and MBIsn Refinancing and restructuring transactionsn Security and guarantee arrangementsn Investment and shareholder fundingn Advising lenders, borrowers and corporate clientsn Supporting wider corporate transactions and complex commercial matters
n You will have significant client contact and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the firm's wider corporate, banking and commercial teams.
n About You
n The successful candidate is likely to be a Corporate Finance Solicitor with solid post-qualification experience, although applications from lawyers with strong relevant transactional experience will be considered.
n You will ideally have:
n Strong experience in corporate finance/banking transactionsn Excellent technical and drafting skillsn Experience managing transactions from instruction through to completionn Strong commercial awarenessn Excellent client-care and communication skillsn The ability to work collaboratively within a national teamn A proactive and solutions-focused approachn The ambition to develop your career within a leading national practice
n You will be commercially astute, technically strong and confident dealing directly with clients.
