Edinburgh Area Operations Manager — Lead Depot Teams

Indie Campers is seeking an Area Manager to lead operations across multiple depots in the UK. You will ensure high service standards, strong fleet performance, and SOP compliance while coaching Depot Leaders and driving operational excellence.

You will travel up to 50% to support depot teams, manage P&L and budgeting, and collaborate with Central Ops, Finance, and HR. Fluent English and a hands-on, solution‑oriented mindset are essential; weekend availability may be required.
