Hybrid SEND EHCP Officer – Shape Futures for Children

Lancashire County Council is recruiting for a SEND EHCP Officer in Preston to manage the full end-to-end EHCP process, co-create high-quality plans with children and families, and ensure timely delivery in a multi-agency setting.

You will work with SENCOs, health and social care professionals to monitor provision, maintain records and drive service improvement, while upholding inclusive practice and high standards.
