Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer 4+ To £Competitiven Rare opening for an experienced non-contentious construction lawyer to work for both public sector and private clients, predominately in sectors including health, local government, emergency services and social housing. You will also be involved in market-leading matters in the PFI / Projects / Infrastructure arena. Experience of drafting, negotiating and advising on NEC and JCT contract documents essential, with any experience in PFI being ideal;- Excellent communication skills are required along with an appetite to get involved in business development.
