A well-established and growing firm in the East Riding of Yorkshire is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its busy dispute resolution team. The Rolen From a recruitment perspective, this position offers exposure to a broad range of contentious matters, including:

- n
- Managing a mixed caseload of civil and commercial litigation
- Advising on contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, and general commercial matters
- Handling cases from pre-action stage through to trial or settlement
- Drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements, and settlement agreements
- Advising clients on alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering clear, commercially focused advice

- Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation or dispute resolution
- Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
