Site Minor Works Manager – 12‑Month FTC (Watford)

BRE in Watford is seeking a Site Minor Works Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead estates-related minor works projects. You will manage scoping, planning, procurement, and commissioning while coordinating with operations and external contractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget.

You will report to the Estates function and drive continuous improvement, governance, and risk management across a varied project portfolio.
