Head of Enterprise Risk Management

A prominent Lloyd’s insurer is hiring for an experienced Capital/Risk individual to lead it’s ERM function, managing 2 direct reports and a team of 6 in total.

This will be a strategically focused position, taking ownership over the risk appetite framework, internal model validation, ORSA design, and the reinsurance purchase framework.

The ideal candidate is an existing Head of Risk or Capital, or a senior actuary with the capabilities to take a step up.
