Site-Based Caretaker – Housing & Maintenance

L&Q Living is recruiting a Caretaker to join our frontline housing services in Trafford. The role is based on site with some travel to surrounding areas, working 8am to 4pm. You will deliver caretaking services, maintain communal areas, and support customers with a high standard of service while training toward required standards.

Experience in a similar role is beneficial; full training is provided. The position offers a competitive package and a pension plan as part of benefits.
