Academy Safeguarding & Welfare Lead

Cardiff City Football Club seeks an exceptional safeguarding professional to embed safeguarding across the Academy and create a culture where all players are valued, safe and supported.

You will work with the Head of Safeguarding to ensure statutory compliance, manage risk assessments, and deliver safeguarding training to staff and volunteers within the Academy. Applicants should have a safeguarding qualification and relevant degree, with DBS clearance and UK driving licence likely preferred.
